Es decir, la respuesta del cuerpo a una presi\u00f3n f\u00edsica, mental o emocional. El estr\u00e9s, adem\u00e1s, es responsable de efectos qu\u00edmicos que impactan en la frecuencia card\u00edaca, la presi\u00f3n arterial y los niveles de az\u00facar en la sangre. Adem\u00e1s de causar ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n, entre otras.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Dra.
